Our weekly local is held every Wednesday at the Des Moines Gaming Club from 6-10 pm. We host a Paid bracket with 4 revolving games that start at 7:30 (games and schedule can be found below) along with a free-to-enter tournament to showcase games with 20$ to the winner of this tournament. Alongside that, we have a strong focus on casual sessions of multiple other fighters with a wide variety.
Casual and Tournament Details
Casuals
- 5$ to get in and play casuals all night
- Casuals start around 6 but you can arrive earlier
- Bring your own controller to make sure you are able to play games.
- Mostly have PS4/PS5s with a few people bringing their PCs
- Ask ahead of locals if there are specific games you would like to see available and we will work on getting that set up!
Tournaments
- 5$ to enter the Weekly Rotating tournament on top of 5$ to get in
- If Paid bracket gets more than 8 entrants will add 10$ to the pot
- Tournament Starts at 7:30 pm
- Free to enter tournament every week showcasing a wider variety of games
- Will always have a prize of 20$ for the winner
