Good Afternoon and welcome to another Tuesday Telecast from Des Moines Gaming Club. We have got a mostly normal schedule ahead of us this week so that means we are open for casual play today from 1pm-4pm and then from 6:30pm to 10pm since we host the Norwalk Youth Esports Club from 4:30-6:30 every Tuesday. Moving on we’re open for casual play Wednesday & Thursday from 1pm-10pm, Friday from 1pm-11pm, and then on Saturday we will only be open from 1pm-5pm as I have a family event to go to.
Sunday we won’t be open since we will be hosting another FGC B-Side Tournament. We will have tournaments in Vampire Savior & Dragon Ball FighterZ at 12:30pm followed by GranBlue Fantasy: Versus & Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike at 2pm. There will also be a side tournament in Samurai Shodown. Venue fee is $7 and entry into any tournament is an additional $5 for the pot. So if you are a fan of fighting games, you’ll want to swing by on Sunday even if you just watch and play friendlies.
The weekly tournament schedule is normal except for no Rocket League on Sunday since we are hosting the B-Side tournament. That means the FGC weekly is tomorrow night form 6-10pm with official tournaments in Guilty Gear Strive and Dragon Ball FighterZ that will start around 7pm. Thursday night is our Smash Bros. weekly with Squad Strike & P+ at 6:30 followed by singles in Ultimate and Melee around 7:15-7:30pm.
